Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the pak360 website at pak360.ws, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement becomes effective immediately upon your first use of the pak360 platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use pak360. Continued use of the platform after any changes to these Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. pak360 strongly recommends that you revisit this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

pak360 is an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years old to register an account or place any bet. pak360 carries out age verification checks as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and the deposit balance will be returned after deducting any processing costs.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active pak360 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same phone number, the same Easypaisa or JazzCash number, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where pak360 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all linked accounts will be suspended, all bonuses will be cancelled, and the matter may be escalated to our fraud team.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details. pak360 reserves the right to request documentary evidence — such as a copy of your CNIC, a screenshot of your Easypaisa account, or a bank statement — to verify the accuracy of the information provided. Accounts with unverified or inaccurate information may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

pak360 is operated for and marketed to players based in Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing pak360 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with any applicable local laws.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak360 account credentials — including your password, registered mobile number, and any two-factor authentication details. pak360 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. You must not share your login details with any other person.

Any transaction completed using your pak360 account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you report the unauthorised access to pak360 support. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pak360 support immediately via live chat so your account can be frozen while the matter is investigated.

Deposits & Payments

pak360 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All transactions on the platform are processed in PKR — there are no foreign currency conversions and no exchange rate fees. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay digital wallet
• SadaPay digital wallet
• IBFT bank transfer
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

The minimum deposit amount on pak360 is Rs 100. There is no maximum single deposit, though your payment provider may have its own limits. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your pak360 wallet within 2 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where money is sent to pak360 from a payment account not belonging to you — are not permitted. Any such deposit may be flagged for investigation, and associated withdrawals may be delayed or denied.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pak360 account are processed exclusively to payment accounts registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. pak360 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

Before pak360 processes a withdrawal for the first time from your account, you must complete the KYC verification process. This involves submitting a copy of your CNIC (both sides) and a screenshot or proof of ownership of the payment account you are withdrawing to. Verified accounts have withdrawals processed within the following timeframes:

• Easypaisa: Under 5 minutes from approval
• JazzCash: Under 5 minutes from approval
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Under 15 minutes from approval
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Within 2 to 6 hours
• Visa / Mastercard: 1 to 3 business days

pak360 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal at its absolute discretion. Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements detailed in Section 6.

Bonuses & Promotions

pak360 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a pak360 account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the welcome bonus, which matches the first deposit up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's bonus balance and carries a wagering requirement that must be completed before any portion of the bonus or bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to the welcome bonus is clearly stated on the Welcome Bonus page at the time of registration.

6.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Each player is eligible for the welcome bonus once only — on their first deposit.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between pak360 accounts.
• pak360 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If a withdrawal is requested before a wagering requirement has been met, the remaining bonus and bonus winnings will be forfeited.

• pak360 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if it believes a player is exploiting the promotion in bad faith.

6.3 Refer a Friend

The pak360 Refer a Friend programme rewards existing players for introducing new players to the platform. The referral bonus is credited after the referred player completes their first qualifying deposit. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting, live cricket betting, football betting, and virtual sports markets on pak360. Specific rules for individual sports and market types are available within each betting section of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed by pak360. Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation unless pak360 specifically offers a cancellation option for that market.
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled, suspended, or abandoned before the minimum required time has been completed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player wallets.
• pak360 reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error. Where possible, pak360 will notify affected players within 24 hours.
• In-play betting markets are suspended briefly during significant match events such as wickets, goals, and end of overs while odds are recalculated. Bets placed immediately before a suspension that are accepted by the system are valid.
• The maximum payout per single bet settlement on pak360 is Rs 10,000,000. Any winnings exceeding this amount from a single bet will be paid up to the maximum cap.
• pak360 reserves the right to limit individual bet amounts or restrict market access for any player without providing a reason.

Casino Games

All casino games available on pak360 — including but not limited to Andar Bahar, Roulette, Poker, Baccarat, slots, and live dealer games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. The RNG used by pak360 is independently audited and certified to ensure all results are statistically random and that no party has any ability to predict or influence outcomes.

Each game available on pak360 has a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage that represents the theoretical long-term payout rate. RTP rates are available within each game's information panel. pak360 does not guarantee that any individual player will achieve the published RTP rate within any given session.

pak360's live dealer games are operated with real human dealers streamed in real time via high-definition video. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical card shuffles, dice rolls, or wheel spins conducted by the dealer on camera.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak360. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Creating more than one account on pak360 for any purpose, including claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that generates bets or game actions without direct human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in pak360's platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from a known or suspected glitch will be voided.
• Collusion with other pak360 players in poker or any other multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using pak360 to deposit or withdraw funds obtained illegally.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the pak360 platform in any way.
• Allowing a minor (under 18) to access or use your pak360 account.

Account Suspension & Closure

pak360 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time and without prior notice if pak360 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms, that the account holder is under 18, or that the account poses a risk of fraud or money laundering.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance and bonus winnings will be forfeited. Real money deposits may be returned at pak360's discretion after any investigative process has concluded, net of any applicable charges.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pak360 support via live chat. Voluntarily closed accounts with a positive balance will have their remaining funds returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Responsible Gaming

pak360 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all Pakistani players. We provide a range of tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit to pak360.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.

• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from pak360 for a defined period of 24 hours to 6 weeks without permanently closing your account.

By registering a pak360 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak360 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or financial loss resulting from technical failures, connection interruptions, or third-party payment provider delays.

pak360 makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. pak360 will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

Gambling involves financial risk. By using pak360, you acknowledge that you may lose money and that pak360 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gameplay.

Changes to These Terms

pak360 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pak360 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of pak360 after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
